We make every attempt to find and return items left at camp, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to locate your item.
Due to the high volume of items left at camp, the owner of the item is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. If your item is located, we will contact you regarding the shipping cost. Once payment is received in our office, we will ship the item.
Please include the following information in your email:
- A detailed item description (include size, color and brand, if known). We have hundreds of items to search through to find yours. The more information you can provide, the more quickly we will be able to locate your item.
- Location where item was left, if known.
- Shipping address.
- Phone number.
